What works
Two kinds of outreach land well. The first is a paragraph about a specific problem — "we're losing leads between the ebook download and the sales call," "our overseas site doesn't rank outside China," "we need GA4 to actually tell us something." The second is an intro for a role that fits. That's it.
What doesn't work: long preambles, generic pitches, and "quick call to discuss synergies." I'd rather read 200 words about the thing that's actually broken.
